Amazon has the Shure SE420 – Sound Isolating headphones (white) for $164.99 with free shipping and handling. That’s the best price available by at least $30 and the lowest I’ve seen for this particular model. They received an “excellent” review from cnet.

RMC Audio Direct has the Shure SRH840 Professional Studio Monitoring Headphones for $149.25 with free shipping and handling (with coupon code “PHONES”). That’s the best price available by almost $20. Although Shure is better known for its in-ear monitors, these headphones were designed to compete at the highest levels in the over-the-ear category. They received excellent reviews from AVguide and themacfeed.
