That’s at least $18 below the next best available price, and the best price for a new (not refurbished) Harmony remote with an LCD screen. This remote can handle up to 5 devices. Amazon has the popular Logitech Harmony One Advanced Universal Remote for $183.43 with free shipping and handling (in Amazon “frustration free packaging”) (frustration inducing original packing is available for slightly more). While others vendors appear to nominally offer lower prices on this unit, I couldn’t find anyplace capable of shipping this unit out the door for less than the Amazon price. This a cnet Editor’s Choice Product and the subject of a very positive review by cnet. It also received an extensive testing session and writeup by OverclockersClub (they were impressed).

Amazon.com has the Logitech Harmony 880 Universal Remote Control – Refurbished for $89.99 with free shipping and handling. That’s $110 below retail and at least $30 below than the best price I could find for a “new” unit. This model has a color screen, a rechargeable battery with a docking station, and can be easily programmed through your PC (like all the Harmony remotes). It received an “Excellent” rating in the review from Cnet.
